Title: New PowerBook won't run Panther, xCode 1.5
I'm working on an extremely important project that is very time constrained. We had a team member's PowerBook die. We had to replace it. The new PowerBook G4 showed up Friday.
I cannot install Panther on it.
I cannot install xCode 1.5 on it.
I cannot *find* xCode 2.0 to download anywhere.
The only thing I can find is xCode 2.1. None of our projects will compile with it! It is the suck! I don't care about x86 right now! I have to deliver something in a week!
I have a whole team on xCode 1.5 and NO TIME or desire to have them all upgrade.
We did this project Mac first because of better cross platform C++ support. Next time this will be hard to justify if I can't get this issue resolved. Apple really needs to fix this because it is screwing us so bad.
