getResourceAsStream can't find the XML file

Every XML file that was put in the project pre 2.0 loads fine, but when I add a new file in 2.0 or 2.1 I get a null value for the XML file. The XML file is in the same location in the project folder as the files that load. So I'm a bit confused.
