getResourceAsStream can't find the XML file ~~ Resolved

In the project settings the new XML file was added to Copy Bundle Resources in the Build Phases instead of the Build Java Resources. By deleting the reference in the Copy Bundle Resources and dragging the file into the Build Java Resources the file loaded correctly.
