XCode 2.1 CVS broken

I have such CVS operations log in XCode 2.1 which look correct:

cd /Users/zlosvik/Software/ViewIt/ViewIt/
/usr/bin/ocvs -q -n update -d -P
M ImageView.m
M ToDo.rtf
? .DS_Store
? build
? ProgramInfo.framework
M Dutch.lproj/Preferences.nib
? Dutch.lproj/.DS_Store
M English.lproj/Preferences.nib
? English.lproj/.DS_Store
? English.lproj/Preferences~.nib
M German.lproj/Preferences.nib
? German.lproj/.DS_Store
M Swedish.lproj/Preferences.nib
? Swedish.lproj/.DS_Store
? Swedish.lproj/Preferences~.nib
? dcraw/.DS_Store
M zh_TW.lproj/Preferences.nib
? zh_TW.lproj/.DS_Store

But XCode 2.1 does not display files .nib that need to be updated:

GIF image


They are marked as modified in other parts of XCode, but not in SCM window.

Is there some option to turn it ON?
