Personally, I like the new behavior, especially with the "richer"
breakpoints. Just disabling them means that much less work
rebuilding my actions and stuff when I decide I want it back.
Yes, that is why the behavior was changed. It was too easy to nuke
the breakpoint, and lose all the setup work you had done on it.
