One of our XCode 2.1 projects insists on rebuilding every time when you switch from Debug to Release. The build configurations, by in large, eliminated this problem for most of our projects... but this one...

Is there any way to ask the build system... "Dump out a list of the dependencies that you think are out-of-date". Or "Tell me what you want to build and why."
