I just noticed this today when working with a nib. Please file a bug.

Is it just me or has the following annoying behaviour appeared in
the version of IB included with Xcode 2.1? Say you want to edit a
menu that is attached to a popup button, so you double click on
said popup button to get the menu to appear, so far so good.
But once this is done, almost anything you do will close the menu.
So for example if you drag a new menu item onto the menu, the menu
closes. Very annoying if you want to add several menu items.
The same thing happens if you select a menu item to edits its
attributes: after selecting the item the menu closes so that if you
want to select another item you have to start from the beginning
again. Again, quite annoying if for example you want to set or
check some attribute for multiple menu items.
I'm pretty sure this didn't happen in previous versions of IB
(unless my mind is playing tricks on me). One could also use up and
down arrow to navigate between the options. I have observed this in
both cocoa and carbon nibs. Anyone have a workaround to hand?
