Disabling indexing based on filename

Hi,

I'd like to be able to selectively disable code indexing (because it takes too long) for certain source code files, typically for automatically generated ones which I do not really care about, but Xcode seems to ;-). Those files would be easily filtered as they are named G__*.cxx.
Is that possible at all ?

Thanks,
