I believe I am having the same problem. Earlier today I read David's thread
and sent Chris Espinosa my verbose Build Log.
Here is a screenshot of the anomaly I see:

Can anyone answer my prayer? As a CodeWarrior Switcher, maybe I doing
something stupid that someone can see from that screenshot? It's been less
than one day, Xcode. Please don't die so young!
