Target editor in Xcode

  • Subject: Target editor in Xcode

I use Xcode in single window mode (let's not debate that here please) and only once I was able to view the target editor in the main window. But I have never been able to do that again. Now I have to double-click it to open it in a separate window. Anyone knows what the trick is to not have to do that?

Even if I expand the target and just select one of the build phases, its editor doesn't show in the main window.

Of course, it would be even better if there was support for editing targets in the Info/Inspector window. Or did I miss something?

Steve
