XCode 2.2 on CD/DVD ?

Hi,

Any chance to receive the 2.2 update on a CD or a DVD, for us, the poor low bandwidth owners (but select members) ? The debuger bugs of the 2.0 release (<incomplete type>...) make me mad :(

And I'm curious to know why the developer DVD series do not include the XCode releases ?
