If you get the monthly ADC mailing ($199 per year for just the mailing, select and premier accounts get it automatically) you should get a DVD with Xcode 2.2 in it at some point in the mail.

we have all that and more. 2.2 is on our scratch testing and porting computers, but not on our primary production/development computers because it is not commercially available. We can't just put confidential information on our production computers and make packages for public distribution.
