Fix & Continue Exception

Whenever I try to 'fix' a source file xcode throws the following exception. I was wondering if anybody else is experiencing this or could give me any suggestions on what to do to <ahem> fix this.

Exception occurred while starting build: Attempt to mutate immutable object with replaceOccurrencesOfString:withString:options:range:
