  • Thread-topic: difference in settings between terminal and crontab

Hi all,

I have an xcode program that uses some of the frameworks in /System/Library/Frameworks (AppKit, CoreFoundation and so on)

When I run the program from a terminal window, there is no problem.
The program performs its task perfectly.

However the program should run from crontab (I have a crontab entry which controls the xcode program).
And here the program does not work ?

Could anyone tell me why not ?
Could anyone give me a solution ?

What's the difference between running from terminal-window and running from crontab ?
Does it have anything to do with does frameworks i use ?
(Mayby crontab does know how to find those frameworks ?)

All help is welcome.

Kind regards,
Koen Gogne
