Could you tell me why Apple cannot implements tab editing ? Is it

a) Because we have over 100 pending Feature and Enhancement
requests from developers per engineer on the Xcode team, on top of
keeping up with Leopard and fixing bugs
b) Because only a handful of people have requested tabbed editing
to this point, and some are satisfied with the Favorites bar.
