It includes a pointer to an updated svn2feed.py script that might look a bit better than the one in the contrib directory. Maybe so, maybe not.

May I also point to Trac which works wonders for me. It provides RSS feeds for the timeline, tickets and file changes. It's a wonderful tool that perfectly complements Subversion, and it's really light. I run a Mac Mini as a (among others) source code server with subversion and trac (all using Darwinports, which makes it very easy to maintain) and it works really great. Trac's built-in Wiki is also a great tool for keeping a private knowledge base.
