Thanks. On the Tiger installer disk, Graphite.framework is in:
/System/Installation/Packages/Essentials.pkg/Contents/Archive.pax.gz

I should have mentioned that it's somewhat easier to track down the
package by looking at the boms in /Library/Receipts; no need to fuss
with the installer disk until you know what you are looking for.
