[Q] is there any good replacement for the Xcode?

Hello.

At home I write Cocoa programs using the Xcode.
I found out that the Xcode environment is not efficient and good time-saver. Especially the debugging environment is not as good as that of the Visual C++, and the way it utilizes the screen is not good.
( I know that there is an all-in-one mode, but it is not still good. )

So, I would like to use any other good IDE, if there is any.
Can someone recommend me some?

Thank you.
