Time to split the documentation from the Xcode installer?

Isn't it a bit daft to have the documentation (that is already out of date) in the Xcode installer disk image. The May update of 246Mb takes about an hour to download here, so I am guessing that my Xcode download had about an hour of 'wasted' download in it.

Surely just having the documentation dmg next to a trimmed down Xcode installer dmg would be more sensible.
