As far as I understand, Xcode 2.5 is now being released to the
"general population" of ADC Members, including Online members who do
not have a Seed key.
If that is so, the fact that members WITHOUT A SEED KEY can access
this hints me, that it is not really that secret, and I have very
little inhibitions to discussing it on this list.
Does anyone from Apple care to comment?

The release notes attempt to outline the differences and is about as
much information that Apple has released to developers about Xcode 2.5
(IIRC a little more was talked about at WWDC but we cannot comment on
that).
