Xcode 2.5 looks in a slightly different place for project templates:
~/Library/Application Support/Developer/2.5/Xcode/Project Templates
this location will only be used by Xcode 2.5. You can also stored
shared project templates in:
~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Project Templates
