"Help" in Xcode frozen...

I have been trying to use the documentation with Xcode.
When I do a search, it is frozen (nothing happens).
When I cilck on say, Applescrpt Studio, nothing happens.

I have tried reinstalling the documentation downloaded from the ADC site but to no avail.
