Where do I get the 10.2.8 PPC SDK???

Hi,

Where can I download the 10.2.8 PPC SDK? I am trying to build an XCode Project that requires this SDK. I looked in the /developer/SDKs folder which contains the following folders:

MacOSX10.3.9.sdk
MacOSX10.4u.sdk

I am a member of the ADC and have looked on the web site but I just can't seem to find it anywhere. If someone could point me to the right place I'd really appreciate.
