Not Hitting Breakpoints in Reloaded Shared Library

  • Thread-topic: Not Hitting Breakpoints in Reloaded Shared Library

I’m debugging a shared library, and I don’t have control of the host program (it’s a Photoshop plug-in).  When Photoshop unloads and then reloads my plug-in, I can no longer hit my breakpoints.  Because of this, I have to restart the host program after each run of my plug-in so that I can do useful debugging again.

Is there any way to get XCode to hit breakpoints after my plug-in is reloaded?   I poked through XCode’s preferences but didn’t see anything relevant.

Best regards,
