Easily my #1 wish is one-click jumping to functions and methods. There's a menu now that I can use to jump to a method, but when there are lots of methods in a file, it is tedious to scroll through the menu. I'd like a pane somewhere or a floating window.

I have more radical wishes too, like Smalltalk-like browsing of classes and methods, but those are just dreams.
