Choose Windows > Tools > Bookmarks to open the Bookmarks window, and you can drag in that window to reorder. The items in the Bookmarks smartgroup automaticaly rearrange according to the order you determine in the window.
Select the Bookmarks smartgroup, open the Detail view, and click on the column headers to sort your bookmarks in any order.
