Hey, I like that one!
We have such a menu item (actually two: "Report Problem" and "Make
Suggestion") that grabs all the relevant state information from the
user's machine and app and opens up a web browser on our bug/sug
tracking system with all the known info filled out.
I've always been disappointed not to see this in most commercial
software, especially in IDEs.
It's not hard, and absolutely helps getting users to report problems
and make suggestions.
