Take a look at my ANTLR v3 Xcode plugin. It should contain enough to
get you started with D.

You'll need to supply the .pb*spec files for D so that Xcode is able
to make sense of them. Not really hard to do, but you need to know
what to put in ;)
You can get a binary over at <http://classdump.org/pages/antlr>.
The .dmg contains a README for the Xcode plugin and explains where to
put stuff.
