I'm badly missing a keyboard shortcut for the "Continue" button in the
debugger. There wasn't one in Xcode 2.x either, but at least it was
possible to assign a shortcut to the menu item. There doesn't seem to
be a menu item for Continue any more in 3.0, and I couldn't find a way
to applescript it either. Any ideas?

Preferences... --> Key Bindings --> Menu Key Bindings --> Run --> Continue
