Are you using Xcode 3.0? I did this in 2.4, but I can no longer
find it
in 3.0.
I would like to do this, too, and I can't find it, either.
I would also like to continue-and-bring-the-app-forward. CodeWarrior
did this nicely, not bringing it forward immediately in case there was
a breakpoint soon thereafter.
