I just created a local SVN repository with name svnrep, gave write
privileges to a non user, and could work with the repository. Here is
my connection info. I am hoping that this would take you further:

fields should be completed. It seems that all these fields are for a
remote SVN installation. In my case the SVN repository is local.
URL, Host, Port, User, Password are typically fields where I don't
have any idea how to configure.
