It's all been replaced by Run -> Console.

For standard i/o, it actually works better than the old arrangement.

Be sure to visit Preferences -> Debugging, the Fonts & Colors settings, to set different fonts for standard i/o vs. gdb i/o. The window is kind of hard to understand if you can't distinguish the two.
