It always occurs when I try to debug my application. But I have noticed a very odd thing. I cannot get it to occur when the Console application is running.

Hi Barry,

If you launch Spin Control (<Developer folder>/Applications/ Performance Tools/Spin Control.app), a sample of your hung Xcode should be collected automatically. You can then select the sample you want to save, Edit Menu->Copy it, and paste it into a bug report or other communication with Apple.
