build for 10.3.9 with Xcode 3.0

Hi

I am trying to build my universal app with Xcode 3.0 on Leopard but then
it does not run under 10.3.9. When I switch the same project back to
Xcode 2.4 under Tiger the app runs under 10.3.9 again.

What need I to do to build it under Leopard? Switching back is such a pain! ;)
