Use PBXTableFont, PBXTableFontSize expert preferences in Xcode 3.0
Example:
defaults write com.apple.Xcode PBXTableFont LucidaGrande
defaults write com.apple.Xcode PBXTableFontSize 14

In Xcode 2.4, in Preferences > Fonts and Colors, there is a setting

you set it larger).
Where is this in Xcode 3.0? I desperately need this, as (1) I can't
see the
words any more, because they are so tiny, and (2) I am about to give
a talk
where this window will be projected on a screen at the front of the
room,
and the students are *really* not going to be able to see the words.
Thx!
