Indeed. There are significant performance issues (yes, I did file a bug and it was already marked as a duplicate) with very large projects and these need to be resolved before Xcode 3.0 is remotely usable for these projects.



However, I did successfully use it on a small project (a Quick Look plugin) and loved it.
