Hi everyone.
Many of us must have switched to Leopard and Xcode 3.0 now.
Before using the xcode 3.0, I used to xcode 2.5. I believe that many
of us have enabled the code sense ability of xcode to increase our
productivity. In xcode 2.5, when you type some letters, the pop-up
list gives you all the things that you want. This behavior is
wonderful to me. Of course, you may have a different setting.
However, the behavior of code sense changes so much in xcode 3.0. I
also set up the code sense by "Automatically suggest" to
"Immediate", and "Suggestion delay" to "0.00" seconds.
This setting gives me a immediate pop-up list when I type some
functions in xcode 2.x. However, In xcode 3.0, there isn't the pop-
up list unless you press the "Esc" key. And the xcode only
implements the rest letters with purple color. So I can't see the
whole prompting list. I think it is very inconvenient for me.
So if anyone knows what cause this and has the idea to turn the code
sense function back to the xcode 2.x style, would you please tell
me? Thank you very much in advance.
Hi,
the list is still there. Check the Edit menu in XCode for completion
shortcuts.
