Is there a 10.2.x sdk somewhere that I can use with XCode 3?

Well, the Apple People will not like me to post this, but you should be able to use the one that comes with Xcode 2.5. I will leave the copying up to you.

The clean way however is to build your products with Xcode 2.5 if they require the 10.2 SDK -- this is what we do.

Xcode 2.5 runs nicely in parallel in Leopard, too
