Turning off Page Headers/Footers when printing

  • Subject: Turning off Page Headers/Footers when printing

In Xcode 3, is there any way to prevent it printing the header (File name - Date) and footer (Page x of y) when printing out source code? I couldn't see anything anywhere obvious.

(Without copying and pasting into another app)
