Builds not distributing

We have a MacPro on which our builds are made, We are trying to get our
Xserve and an Intel-based iMac to contribute.
* All three systems are Intel-based.
* All three are running Xcode 2.4.1.
* The MacPro and iMac are running OS X 10.4.10
* The Xserve is running OS X Server 10.4.10
But in the MacPro's list of other hosts, the two computers appear red in the
OS column. And the two computers saw no increase in network or CPU activity
when the build was started on the MacPro. Screenshot...

I swear we had this working a while back and I remember it was easy to get
going, everything seemed to "just work". But not now.
