I will honestly admit it was a wild guess. I port games from Windows
to Mac and I'm *always* having to f*** about with GCC's dumbness when
parsing C++ template and STL stuff.

True - but what Visual C++ does, IMO, is "right". GCC requires "hand
holding", often annoyingly so.
