Maybe I should buy a copy just from the next store myself, instead waiting for an indefined time period...


As I do not want to use the latest pre-release build for valid "final testings", I wonder how do other developers handle this...?


The latest information from ADR is at https://developer.apple.com/leopard/devcenter/ and you should contact them for information about the final seed and Leopard availability for your level of ADR subscription.
