Ah, but according to the OP, it's actually "http:// email@hidden@svn.bar.com/svn/repository".

Yes, this is exactly the sort of repository URL I have.

RE Repository window error log:

Can you control-click the selected text and copy it that way? My hope is that doing this should at least work, because it's interacting directly with the field editor rather than the responder chain.

Unfortunately no; control-clicking the error text doesn't bring up a contextual menu - it behaves like an unmodified click. Shift-click doesn't extend the selection either. Modifier keys seem to be ignored entirely.

(If I may say so, to me Xcode 3.0 SCM seems quite nice - but then I wasn't bothered by the earlier implementation, and my only other point of reference is svn in Terminal so what do I know. True, it's a little frustrating that entering this sort of URL feels like usi^^^fighting with Microsoft Word, in that it'd probably just work if only the software would stop helping me. :-> But no one can fault the quality or courtesy, not to say restraint, of the replies these SCM threads have received from Apple folk so far, and I reckon this will be fixed soon enough.)
