Hi Tommy,

First, thanks for your answer.

Tommy Nordgren a écrit :
You need to make sure you set up the SDK Path for your target (for the release build)

I'm not sure to get what you mean: where is defined SDK path ?

- Is it an environment variable, or a constant used at buildtime, like "-D... something" ?
- is it something defined in XCode ? If so, we do not use it at all**

If this can help, in my environment, I don't have /developer/SDKs/ ..etc , but system paths. Is it what you mean ?

If this can complete your vision, I have put MacOSXPPCEnv.Set.sh file ( created by configure) here :
http://eric.bachard.free.fr/mac/aquavcl/configure/powerpc/MacOSXPPCEnv.Set.sh

This file -created at configure time- does include the build environment, completed with some other environment variables and constants used at build and/or linking time ( -D..something ) in solenv

Thanks :-)

**<off topic>
The reason was: OpenOffice.org source code is so big, that XCode 2.x became unstable: after one build, no way to reopen the project. Was maybe a stability issue .. don't know exactly. Initial work has been made by Pierre de Filippis

Another blocking issue was the limitation caused by a stupid bug: no way to put a dot in the name of a binary with the debugger. The bug should have been fixed, but not yet backported afaik.

And since everything is secret our developers ( me included ) refuse to use Apple bug report.
To get further informations about the dot issue, see : http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=77967

We have in our todos to give another try building OpenOffice.org with XCode 3.x .. a day ... maybe :)
