When I get a request like this from my customers, my first request is
for a clarification of what they mean by "it should work like product
Foo". The request is so generic that outside of creating an exact
clone of product Foo, there is no way to even hope of addressing the
customer issue.

90% of the time, it comes down to some specific aspect of a feature
that isn't working for the customer. The more specific the issue, the
easier and more likely the fix.
