gdb documentation is missing in Xcode 3.0

Hi
for some reason 
https://bugreport.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/RadarWeb.woa
doesn't work, so I can not report a bug

I updated Developer Tools Reference Library DocSet
but link to "Guides: Debugging with GDB" isn't working
it looks like that link points to the un-existing file
