No. You can't imagine how much grief we got for that unattractive, inconsistent, nonstandard, unlabeled, cryptic little control.
There's a toolbar icon, a menu item (the alternate to the Console menu item) and a reassignable keyboard shortcut (command-control-option-R). That should be enough for most folk.
