Setting up Subversion repositories in XCode 3.0

Hi Everyone,

This is kind of a followup question to my last question about subversion :)

has anyone successfully setup a svn+ssh subversion repository on a Mac OS X Tiger SERVER? Every time I try and think I get close, I keep getting: "Error: 45 (Operation not supported) Description: Can't get exclusive lock on file '/volumes/raider/webserver/documents/dev/svn/db/ transactions/0-1.txn/rev-lock': Operation not supported"

Anyone have any ideas? :)
