Xcode 3.1 alert

Since switching to 3.1 I get this error frequently:

Internal Error
Uncaught Exception
*** - [NSCFString substringWithRange:]: Range or index out of bounds

Stack Backtrace:
The stack backtrace has been logged to the console.

The dialog has a Quit button and a Continue button. I can continue without
any problem, seemingly, except that the dialog will pop up again sooner or
later. Just now I triggered it by using cmd up-arrow and cmd down-arrow to
view the start and end of a not-super-large C++ source file.
