I think this is unrelated, but it is something else to watch out for. If any file begins with a "-" in the same folder as the xcodeproj file, Xcode 3.1 enters a permanent modal state trying to make the snapshot (and it makes the SnapshotRepository unmountable sometimes). There seems to be an issue with Xcode snapshots improperly invoking ditto as this is written to the console: com.apple.Xcode[268]: ditto: invalid option -- I

Bug ID:  6076058.  I am going to avoid using snapshots for a while.
